In-house/Recreation Program U4/2019 to U10/2013

This is a recreational program with emphasis on development of player skills and the rules of the game. Groups are based upon the year a player was born. Groups remain the same in both the fall and the spring.  The cost for in-house/recreation is $105 per child for Wolcott residents. There is also a family discount for families with three or more children. Please inquire with the registrar.  An additional charge is assessed to out-of-town residents. 

All new players to Wolcott Soccer will be required to submit a copy of your Child's Birth Certificate to our registrar.

2023 Spring Registration is now open until March 1, 2023.  The season start date is Saturday, April 15.  

Practice times are tentatively scheduled as follows:
- Wednesdays:
- 2016/2017 from 5 to 6 PM
- 2013 through 2015 from 6 to 7 PM on Meghan's Field

- Saturdays:
- 2016/2017 from 8 to 9 AM on Meghan's Field
- 2018/ 2019 from 9 to 10 AM on Maloney Field
- 2013 through 2015 from 10 to 11 AM on Meghan's Field

All groups will meet at the Wolcott Sports Complex, 473 Spindle Hill Rd, on Saturdays. Some groups will have a weekday practice, which will be announced by email before the start of the season.

All practice and game cancellations will be sent to registered participants through email. 

Players

• Uniforms, shin guards and a ball are all necessary. If players do not have them during practice, they may not be able to participate in some or all aspects of practice and games.
• Do not wear jewelry to practices or games.
• Have fun!

Expectation for Parents

• Please be present and available to your child and coach at all times during sessions.
  
• Animals are not permitted on soccer grounds at any time.
• Smoking is not permitted on soccer grounds at any time.
• If you must speak with a coach, please try to do so over text or email. 
• If there is no trash can at the field, please notify coaches so we can request it from the town.
• Remember that all spectators are required to show respect to players, referees, coaches, and other parents.  Please do not put coaches or referees in the uncomfortable position of having to ask someone to leave the field.  In the event that this happens, the game may be stopped and/or cancelled at the discretion of the referees.
• If you are at any time uncomfortable about safety measures or precautions, please make sure to express it to the coaches.
